        The reception staff are a tiny but rude but the massages more than make up for it. I have scoliosis and am extremely picky about my massages but I always leave this place feeling like a new person. I've had my fair share of bad massages but these people really know their stuff - what not to touch and what to massage without causing any pain. Highly recommend!

        Ive been going to Herbal Zen for about a year. The quality of service has deteriorated a lot in the last few months. While the masseuses are generally great, the front desk manager can be very rude and incompetent. Theyve booked me in with the wrong masseuse and have forgotten to book me in. Its a shame as the place was great before. Wont be coming back as Ive had too many bad experiences.
