        We had the most wonderful experience with Natalie and Michala from the shared ownership shop during our first home purchase. From start to finish, they went above and beyond to ensure our journey was as easy and as less stressful as possible. We would not have been able to cope / deal with it all without them. Being first time buyers, we really needed that extra help and guidance and we were given this 100%. Natalie responded to all questions and emails almost instantly and kept me updated through-out whilst pushing to get exchange and completion done as quickly as she could for us. We do not know how we couldve done any of this without her! The hugest thank you in the world

        I honestly dont know what I would have done without the support from Natalie and Michala, moving is so stressful but to have them on the end of the phone helped me so much i cant thank them enough.
