I was very disappointed with the service I received. James took weeks and weeks to respond to queries. I moved from a sole trader to a limited company whilst using this firm but he did not go through any changes that needed to be made such as to the Xero account, paying dividends and salary etc, he even registered the company to an address in the midlands which was nothing to do with me or the business. It really was one issue after another. He did at one point apologise for the poor service and he put it down to being busy, however, even after the apology nothing improved.

Like to to start by saying a big thank You to Steve and the team. His knowledge and professionalism is second to none, all of which is delivered in a manner that gives you ease and understanding. Thanks to their advise especially Steve we have watch our business grow from strength to strength in such difficult times pre and post Covid-19. Its also great to know they are always there at the end of phone ready to advise and help us.

Steve has really looked after my sole trader business and been very professional and knowledgeable, he's saved me a lot of money in tax and nothing seems to much for him.
