        My neighbour has been useing this firm for the last 6 months for days trips. She has had great service and no end of laughs and enjoyment on the trips. 100% recommendation from her. Great ideas for xmas / birthday gifts for the older person

        At 10:30 on 12 Feb 13 my wife and daughter was greeted by a very rude non English driver, he was abrupt and shut the doors on my wife as she was trying to get on at Whittlesea, the driver was rude to an elderly couple refusing to help even though they were having trouble, he then started to shout at a family, have you lot got a ticket?, as they were seating their children. As he was driving he then took out some sort of paperwork or mag, lent it against the steering wheel and started to read it as he was driving. This is completely unacceptable and the driver needs to be taught decent good manners. Its only a shame that the review only goes down to Poor-Fair as I would rate the drivers approach to his customers as extremely bad.
