Awful service, sold me the dream with a Mini Cooper and has issues from day one, not helpful in the slightest ignored me and did not get back to me after having the car back in repair then being told they cant do anything about it, 4000 down the drain.

Dont buy from this dealership ship. Brought a car from them and stated I wanted problems fixed before purchase only to find out that after I brought it hardly any of the issues had been sorted. It took them weeks to even give me the car, promised a delivery on a certain day but never arrived. Since having the car, Ive had nothing but problems and have been told by many garages that I was charged way too much and essentially the car is ready for scrap. When I got the car, I told them that there was an oil leak which they denied. Took it to another garage who confirmed I had a 3 part oil leak and quoted 500 to repair. All responses to this was that I need to claim via RAC warranty. From the minute you buy from this dealership they wash their hands with you and take zero accountability. As a first time driver they took advantage of that and fobbed me off with rubbish. Im now 4k down and looking for an another car. If you have any sense I seriously advise you dont but from here as you will be out of pocket and looking for a new car within months !!!! Reply to owner- It was an automatic 07 mini. Its been more in the garage then out. Ive been advised that the automatic gearbox is on its way out and have been advised to get rid of it asap. You saying that you go above and beyond for all customers is simply not true because if that was the case I dont believe I would be in this situation
