Nookie

Ordered a spray deck from Nookie online. Once my new kayak arrived there were a couple of issues but this was purely down to the kayak itself. Nookie told me all about this before I even mentioned it to them and the support was amazing. I got the chance to upgrade the deck for my boat and I couldn't have been happier. These guys and gals are the best! Their gear is top notch and their customer service goes above and beyond. I have an Octane drysuit but really dont get on with latex necks, so I got in touch with them about the possibility of replacing the Octanes neck with the cinched neoprene neck from their Rush jacket, and after some brainstorming in their production zone, they figured out a way to do it. They sent me a cinched neck to try on, then I sent in my suit, and got it back just a few days later, and its exactly what I wanted! What amazing service. These folks are genuinely passionate about producing top quality paddling gear.
