Nathan is just amazing! He ended up coming to my house to do 3 different jobs in as many weeks, 1 at incredibly short notice when my boiler packed up. He knows so much and explained my heating and boiler to me. I now know much more than I did when I moved in 3 years ago!! He's kind and friendly and I would trust him to be in my house without me. In my mind, the number 1 plumber for miles!

Nathan was recommended by my neighbour. He has just serviced my boiler and fireplace and has also flushed the central heating system. Very pleased with his work. He does a very thorough job, no skimping and very knowledgeable. Wish I used him years ago.

I would recommend Ntec Services 100 percent to anyone intending to have a gas combi boiler or indeed a complete central heating system fitted.From the first inquiry to the completion Nathan was as helpful as he could be. He kept to his original quote for the work .He arrived on time and worked quietly ,careful of my furniture etc causing as little disturbance as possible.When the work was completed he took time to explain carefully how to work the system so that I would feel confident using it. It was reassuring to know he was only a phone call away if I needed help. Since installation Nathan has serviced the boiler each year and has always been punctual polite and very thorough . He answers any queries I may have fully and simply . Again I would thoroughly recommend him .
