        We spent a few days in Colcharton and cannot recommend it highly enough. A warm welcome from Lowenna was a prelude to a wonderful stay. The rooms were large, plenty of space and all the necessary accoutrement, amazingly comfortable beds in a quiet and peaceful location. Breakfasts were vast and delicious and Lowenna was quick to recommend local places to visit and eat including the Horn of Plenty (great food and views, well worth a visit). In summary, very affordable, great hospitality, amazing food and superb bedrooms makes for a welcome break away from stuffy hotels.
