        Can't recommend Emma highly enough after a few months of yoga classes via a corporate yoga offering. The classes have really helped with my general mobility and it's been an important part of my training for my upcoming first marathon.

        Went to a ladies soul session day retreat today. Great location just outside of Harrogate in the Yorkshire countryside. The session included a warm up, yin yoga, guided Mindfulness yoga, a tasty healthy lunch and drinks, a good walk in the fresh air, access to a zen garden and all equipment. I would definitely recommend going to one of these as it is very informative and extremely relaxing.

        Fantastic! I didn't think yoga was for me but with Emma's help, it turns out it is... Really great guided exercise which has helped banish my lower back aches and pains, would highly recommend to anyone.
