We went into the Guiseley store a few days ago and for the second time we noticed that the bags of sugar were spilling out onto the floor. The first time this happened I slipped on it but managed to stay upright. I was going to say something to the staff in the store but my daughter dissuaded me as she didnt want a fuss. This time I went to pick up a bag of sugar and at least 3 of them had slits in the packaging so again they were spilling out everywhere. Also when we went to buy Warburtons white bread, several of the wrappers were split open so the bread was exposed to the elements. This is not good enough when you consider how much the prices have increased recently. I reported the problem about the sugar to a member of staff but surely these products should never have been put on the shelves in the first place! Its just pure greed on their part and its all about making a profit and had nothing to do with customer satisfaction these days! Get your act together Morrisons as youre going to start haemorrhaging customers if you dont do something about this.
