great service. all these bad reveiws must have deserved the 'attitude' however there is a very boring selection of monsters in the fridge. maybe consider restocking once in a while.

Nice guy with a sense of humour. Ive seen some of the reviews on here - we all need to appreciate that these shops are doing us a favour by providing this facility and I always buy a few bits while Im using them for Evri returns. Also this guys machine worked first time. That in itself is a miracle for this service. He was helpful and courteous - whats the issue people? Also his replies are hilarious.

Me and my other half moved into guiseley a few months ago and the lovely people who run this shop are always polite and helpful. I had a package to pick up this morning and the guy who I regularly chat with couldnt be more helpful. I dont understand the negative reviews what so ever! You just have to understand that this is a shop as the main business and just be patience when going to collect something. I mean packages wont always be the people working that days main concern and thats ok. Always had a lovely experience and so do my family when visiting me. You guys just keep doing you! We would be lost without you round the corner.

Had one of most vile experiences at this shop today that Ive been using for over 10 years. Obviously a complete bully judging by the other reviews and his Whitty responses to them. Small piece of advice stop portraying yourself as a parcel shop if your too lazy to send peoples parcels or incapable of maintaining your scanner, Im sure I speak for everyone when I say were happy to go elsewhere.
