Terrible experience with no proactive contact from them whatsoever. False promises made at every step. I think the low point was it taking over six weeks to send an email and that only came when I chased it. Switched to another company now.

Their initial phone call was very professional, explaining what would happen to fix a water-damaged bathroom. Unfortunately, that was as good as it got because after 7 weeks of absolutely nothing and numerous phone calls (all made by me) I couldn't get them to confirm a date to start the work. They broke promises to contact me and implied the delay was caused by me failing to choose materials, when they had never asked me to, and even when I chose the materials, still nothing progressed. Given I have a dangerous bathroom with no floorboards and two young children I had no choice but to tell the insurance company I would be getting my own company to do the repair. Either too busy, too incompetent or didn't want the job...

You only have to look how many companies the 'CEO' has been involved with on Companies House, notwithstanding the ones you won't know about as CH doesn't show you how many companies are in/have gone into liquidation the person is associated. Sub-Contractors, investors and anybody wishing to do business with this company, do your homework and don't get caught out with their dealings would be my advice.

Terrible management and worse shoddy tradesmen who carry out shocking quality repairs. Avoid using this cowboy outfit, the only reason they are in business still is because of the gravy train from Habinteg housing, who are foolish enough to be still using them. Months of waiting for a repair and they still do not turn up, an absolute joke.
