        Survey, remedial works for rising damp and qoute explained in detail and start date confirmed. Katie at Yeadon very patient waiting for exchange of contracts on house purchase for technician to gain access. Technician kept me informed of progress. First class job all round.

        Wanted an inspection for possible rising damp, was told it wasn't within their remit and get a builder in, surely the wrong way round, inspection first with suggested remedy then builder in to fix problem.

        Excellent service. We suspected we had rising damp, but after a thorough survey by Emily, she was able to put our minds at rest and advise us that the dampness was due to condensation instead. She suggested a number of very practical steps we should take to alleviate the problem, and was friendly and helpful throughout her visit.
