        Really helpful ,due to an out of date delivery card ,stating incorrect opening hours ,i turned up just after the office had shut ,a returning to base colleague (fair haired man) went in and got my parcel for me ,he didn't need to but I was very grateful as I needed it for my dog's skin .thank you whoever you were

        Worst delivery staff ever who can't be bother to do they job properly. They should all be sacked and replace by people who want to work.

        Staff are friendly, work really hard especially behind the scenes. People need to remember the office has the whole of Aireborough to deal with not just a handful of people. The road and parking need to be improved but that's not their fault.
