RP Motorhomes

If i could give 0 stars i would. Ordered our dream van July 2021, paid 25000 deposit, signed a contract, and was given a delivery date of June 2022. Unfortunately no fault with RP, but given covid and shortage of parts, our date was extremelly delayed. Finally our van arrived from GermanyJanuary 2023, and we were so exited to think after 18 months we would soon be taking possession. However this was not the case. Steve and Jaye decided to cancel our order without any explanation, would not respond to emails or calls, and returned our deposit. We can only assume, due to large price increase, they did not want to adhere to contract price. We are devastated

It started a few months ago when we (wife and I) realised that time was ticking by, we're both past 60. We've had motorhomes before and someone lent us a camper in return for a favour. So today, after months lusting after a VW Grand California 680, we ordered an Explorer 2 from RP. Email contact has been exceptional. Look forward to visiting the workshop.

Only seen their vans from outside and they look brilliant,the factory was shut today when we called,a friend who works next door to RP reccomended them,we looked on their website,but needed to ask some questions,one on one,especially when you want certain special upgrades,but we will try again sometime.

Steve is a great guy to deal with very honest and fair, nothing is too much trouble for him, he will always help you out.
