        We had absolutely terrible credit rating from silly mistakes when we were younger. Even despite this Jake helped us move into our dream home with a manageable mortgage. He was really honest and straight forward and supported us with the hurdles we were coming up against. Just about to remortgage so of course we wouldnt use anybody else now. Highly recommend him to all our friends and family. Very knowledgeable but also an extremely helpful and pleasant guy.

        My partner and I began looking for a house over 2 years ago, and had one fall through last minute, but finally we are now settled in and happy in our new home. From day one we worked with Jake and truly I don't think we could've done it without him- he was flexible for our bizarre shift patterns but also explained everything to us every step of the way. We were compete novices but to have Jake to talk things through with as well as get into the details and find us the best rates was more than we could ever have asked for. He made it so straightforward and stress free for us, and was always on hand to help us when we needed it. Cannot recommend Jake enough. He was very flexible, professional and reliable- more over he was a nice bloke who helped us throughout and got us where we needed to be!
