Avoid this business, a man I presume to be the owner is fond of abelism, if you're disabled and can walk aided by an aid then you're "only slightly disabled" that's what he told my wife!! One rude person!! Its a shame i cant give it minus 1 star

Fantastic service, extremely helpful and very patient. Jack and family were very reassuring that if we needed anything just to let them know. This is a great advantage to know that their is somebody at the end of the phone to help you if you get stuck. Would certainly recommend this family business to all.

Called in today without a warning with a fault on my mobility scooter. The service and friendliness was fantastic. The specialist tried my scooter, diagnosed the fault. 2 mins later I could hear him pulling it apart fixing the fault and all back to me in less than 5 mins from arriving. Now thats what I call fabulous service. Very much appreciated and Ill always choose Guisley Mobility for my mobility scooter needs.

I took my father down to find a mobility scooter there was a great selection with honest and down to earth help from the staff made us feel at home and explained all the points of ownership and every question we had needless to say my father purchased a scooter and it was delivered the same day I would recommend them to anyone
