Initially, we knew that we needed to focus on our marketing because we weren't getting out there enough and happened to mention it to Marianne in passing. The ideas that Marianne shared made such an impression that we knew we had to take it further. After having our initial session and the knowledge shared was amazing and set us on our way. After working together for the next 3 months we now have a clear strategy, know exactly the right messages we want to put out and make sure every campaign we do is 'on brand'. I recently attended a few webinars that Marianne was running in March. Since then I have used Mariannes advice to map out my customer journey for both sides of my business. I can now communicate how I work with my clients and the journey that we will go on together. I now map out and identify action points for both parties to deliver a personal design service. Marianne is very talented and explains her skill set with ease enabling her clients to implement focussed marketing activities with ease.
