UPDATE - after I complained and posted this review, they have now gotten back to me and offered to help with the chewed up part, which I appreciate. Upgrading my review to 3 stars which I think is fair considering that I had to complain to get a response, but reflects the good quality of the product. ORIGINAL REVIEW - We bought a dog bed, which was of a good quality and enjoyed by our pup. However, the customer service is very poor. Our pup had chewed through part of the bed which he used a comforter, so I wrote in via email and social media to ask for a replacement (I was happy to pay for this). My messages were ignored but the account continued to post adverts online (and even follow my account whilst ignoring my message!) so I know it was active. 2 weeks on I'm assuming they don't wish to help, which isn't great in and of itself, but they could have at least replied to let me know. In future I will avoid this company, as for me customer service is one of the most important things I look for when purchasing products.

The bed Stained floor and compensation no way near the cost of fixing the damage . They "claim" that all beds come with a warning. The photos from the local pet shop show otherwise. Don't put these beds on karndean flooring. This company is really scummy. They got a company out to quote for fixing the floor, it cost too much...so they sent a cheque for have the cost and refuse to take my calls.....Shame on you.

We have a wonderful Fatface bed and also a dressing gown for our pug from Danish Pet Design. Cant rate these products highly enough. The bed is brilliant, our boy loves it, sooo comfy and beautifully styled at the same time. Every time he has a bath we use his towelling dressing gown to dry him off afterwards. Like a smoking jacket for dogs! If you want to treat your pet, this is the place to go!

Fantastic quality and build, my dog hasn't been able to destroy this, which makes this better than others. Would buy from again.
