Im still currently sat in the store waiting on my prescription. It has been an hour now and Ive been told itll still be a little longer and to sit down. Really unacceptable service.

Very handy Boots on the A65 at Guiseley. It's housed in an old Burger King building, which makes it very easy to pop into and out of, when travelling in your car. It has its own car park, which I have never known to be completely full. It did offer a drive through prescription service which was very quick, though I haven't used this in a while, so I cannot vouch for it still being open for this. Prescriptions can be fulfilled by going into the shop, too. It is obviously not the size of a city centre Boots, and consequently there is not the same level of stock, but it has all supplies you would expect from a small town sized pharmacy, with the advantage of Boots' prices, which are very good on their own brand goods. I usually go in for toiletries, first aid kit supplies, toothbrush heads, items needed when travelling, non-prescription medicines, and cold drinks / sandwiches - the usual things you would find in all Boots. Staff have always been friendly. Now the till near the door is available, it does not take long to get served for regular purchases, prescriptions do take a little longer as it is usually quite busy at that counter. Highly recommend coming here.
