Passed Masters Driving School

The most important factor for me when choosing a driving school was to look for someone with experience as I believe the more experienced instructors will do a better job of teaching the learner. Once I called Mark and took my first lesson with him I immediately paid for the next 10 hours as I knew he was the right instructor for me. The teaching methods Mark showed me were great, at first I struggled with the clutch and didnt understand how to use it but as Mark explained and showed me I became better and now I am confident. Due to the waiting times for tests, Mark did not hesitate to tell me to book a test. Once I booked we did enough lessons for me to pass first time with full confidence. Learning to drive was harder at first than I thought but as I progressed in the lessons I got a lot better until I was fully confident of my driving. I think the customer service was amazing, Mark replied to texts quickly and booked me in for convenient times so I think the customer service doesnt need improvement. Definitely, my friends are going to start learning to drive and I am already telling them to learn with Mark.

I chose passed masters driving school due to all the first class reviews Ive seen online. What influenced my decision was pass masters high first time pass rate. The teaching methods were well thought out and explained well when I needed help. Mark got me in for a driving test after 5 months and I passed today first time. Gradually got easier as I learnt things on the way. Mark was always on hand if I ever had any questions and always answered back as soon as he could. I would recommend my instructor to others.

When I was looking for driving school, it was important for me to find someone who makes me confident, can quickly prepare me for my exam, see my strengths and weaknesses, and encourage me to learn to drive well. Mark was patient, calm, encouraging and never blamed me for my mistakes, he turned them into my strengths. When I first saw him and went with him for my first driving lesson , he was extremely honest and calmly explained everything to me and did his best until I learned everything well. He made me ready for my test really fast and Ive passed my test with his advice easily. He is an really excellent instructor and I would extremely recommend him.

When I found pass masters I was desperately looking to pass first time, the pandemic meaning had I not I wouldnt be granted another attempt for another 4-5 months! Marks driving school was thorough and comprehensive, leading to a pass first time even with a rather manic morning on the day of the test! I would definitely recommend Mark to anyone looking to pass their driving test in the area!

Mark helped me pass first time. It took a while to find an instructor who understood the areas I was struggling with and was able to communicate things in a way which worked for me. If we ever had a situation where something went wrong during a lesson he was able to calmly talk through what happened and work with me to develop techniques to mitigate issues in the future. Two hour lessons make a massive difference and really accelerated my learning compared to the 45-60 minutes offered by other instructors. Mark immediately got me in for my theory, gave me all the material I needed to pass first time, and then pushed to get a practical test booked right after as well as advising on how best to nab a cancellation to pull the date forward. If anyone is struggling with other instructors or simply wants to pass their test in as little time as possible then I'd 100% recommend Passed Masters
