Do not use this shop for parcel pick up. Twice now I have had issues. The first time I went to pick up a parcel, the man behind the till said he wouldn't look for it because he was only looking after the shop for his son. I had to go in the shop myself and route around all the parcels. Surely this isn't right? Second time, same man behind the till minding the shop for his son. I went to pick up a parcel, and although I had proof of delivery in an email and invoice, because it didn't specify the courier service he told me he wouldn't look through over '30 boxes'. I said this was unacceptable, and he started arguing 'you show me the proof it's been delivered' - all whilst he had my phone with the proof in his hand. I expressed my dismay, to which he said 'I don't care, these places pay us like 20p per parcel, I don't work for them'. Once again I had to go behind the till to route around and find it myself. Totally unacceptable, stressful and needlessly antagonistic. I will not be using this shop, and I do not think any courier service should either.

Good location but the shop smelt of curry when I walked in. Also a member of staff tried to be friendly but clearly came across nosey asking personal questions, I felt uncomfortable and won't be returning
