I cannot recommend Nick Allman from CATS enough. Hes recently helped me get one of my pieces of equipment fixed through my insurance company and quite honestly went above and beyond throughout the whole process. Great communication and super prompt responses. The staff have empathy too! Very understanding about the plight of a writer with a broken laptop with a submission date looming! Nigel in particular gave brilliant service. Really happy and impressed
