Absolutely amazing, the staff were so helpful and kind. I ended up having to return my first pair because I'm not good with sizes, but I was able to return and get another pair sent with no hassle whatsoever. I highly recommend purchasing products from this company. I will 100% be buying from here again and recommending it to everyone I know. Thank you so much for everything

Nordvek is a delightful company to work with, not only for their wonderful products, but especially for their customer care. They efficiently provided a no quibble replacement for a pair of their cosy sheepskin moccasins and communicated with me at all stages of the process. Despite the Scandinavian name, they are a UK company based in Yorkshire and will continue to have my support.

Fantastic experience, very good to deal with, very efficient and I just love the slippers - thy are fabulous! Have confidence in buying from Nordvek, they are like a certain very well known wood protector- they do what they say on the tin! I ordered wool insoles from this company 8 days ago and recieved it yesterday. Coming from UK to here (US), that's a pretty fast shipment. Very reasonable price for the high quality items as well with low shipping fee. The wool insoles are warm, keeps our feet dry (I live in New Hampshire, it's currently fall, around 30 F. Soon it will be lower than that coz of winter) & they are true to size. Seller is responsive and easy to deal with. I highly recommend this business and won't hesitate to buy again if I'd be needing a product that's available in their store.
