        We bought an I-Pace and absolutely love it. Hannah Hall in the sales team was really helpful and polite from start to finish. Even though our car was delayed a little Hannah sorted us a courtesy car while we waited. I am confident that if I need further assistance in the future, the team at Vertu will be there to help.         Poor customer experience. Travelled 2.5 hours to test drive a Jaguar E Pace, for which I had paid a 99 reservation fee, only to discover it had been incorrectly specified on the Website. Also still waiting for a refund of my fee despite assurances this would happen.
