Horrific experience. Do not use this SCAM company. I spent 2800 on a bed set and igel mattress that they could not get up my stairs. Fair enough. I went back to the store and picked another, actually 200 more, and was told they will not re deliver until I pay 165 re stocking fee!. I said cancel the whole thing then, and they said that would cost me 20%! What a horror show. I thought paying in full was the right thing to do, I am a fool and now completely stuck. Customer Service refused to waive the 165 re stocking fee. Please dont fall victim to them, go elswehere.
