I went here for gel nails. The salon itself is quite nice and Linda was friendly whilst she did my nails, although she did paint them the wrong colour and didnt offer to redo it or reduce the price despite making that mistake which I thought was poor service. The colour was okay so I wouldnt have mentioned it if there hadnt been further issues. When I left I noticed that one nail had been painted very thickly down one edge and the clear top coat was stuck to the side of my finger because it was so thick / uneven. Within a couple of hours this began to peel where the paint was so thick. I asked if Linda would fix this as soon as possible because I specifically got my nails painted to start my new job. Linda was unable to fit me in before then and also refused to offer a refund or even a partial refund to enable me to get it resolved elsewhere. I expect a lot of people get gel nails for special occasions so not being able to redo one nail for 4 days is unlikely to be suitable. She has since just ignored my communication. The customer service has generally been really awful and I would not recommend LJB nails as the whole process has been more hassle than its worth. Update: Linda has since offered to fit me in sooner to resolve the issue. Unfortunately given the difficulties coming to a resolution I dont feel comfortable going back again and have made alternative arrangements. Service: Manicure

I love going to Lisas salon. Its a beautiful environment, a real treat being in there. Extremely COVID secure whilst not taking away from the luxury of the treatment. I love the ease of the online booking system, online and card payment too! Great service, amazing quality treatments, the best products. Lisa constantly updates her knowledge and training so has the latest gadgets and products... great price for such a high level of service!
