If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. What a fantastic experience from start to finish thanks to Michelle and Nel. I made a 160 mile round trip just to see and test drive one of their cars, and the car was exactly as pictured/described - fantastic quality, as was all the stock. I was given plenty of time to look at the car, test drive it and ask any questions I had. All information was honest, the car needed something doing to it, this was advised upfront and also done before collection. I then did the trip again to collect the car and it was worth every mile/minute! The purchase process was so easy and everything was explained to me. I would recommend GCS to anybody and whenever I next need a new car, I will 100% be looking here first. Not only was the car in fab condition, it was sanitised and even fuelled upon collection due to my commute home. I also received a complimentary kit to keep in my car which contained masks, gloves, sanitiser and wipes - GCS displayed great covid safety throughout my experience. Both Michelle and Nel were honest, courteous and so friendly. I would recommend ignoring the negative reviews, as the customer service delivered by GCS is nothing less than exceptional. Thank you SO much!!!!!!

I am over the moon I decided to sell my car to guisborough car sales, they give me a fantastic price, higher than any online evaluation I took, and I got much more than I expected for my car, it was a super easy fast professional process, taking all the stress off my hands which is exactly what I wanted. Shannel and Michelle went above and beyond for me, they even give me a lift home once I had handed my car over. So so pleased with the service and the whole process here, I will be back for sure. If I could give more than 5 stars I could!
