Dreadful company!! I bought a trailer 12 months ago (no mudguards when I collected) - had to wait 9 months for them to be sent to me to fit myself. The jockey wheel came loose (but I was repalcing it with a motorised one - so told them not to worry) The spare wheel rack had no nuts fitted on the bolts (they had been forgotten) But my biggest issue is that the damper that is needed for the rear door/ramp was missing. It had been forgotten too.?? Eventually after 3 attempts and 10 months - I was sent the parts - but they make no obvious sense, I have bolts that do not fit the brackets and no instruction. For a year now I have asked and asked constantly for instructions on how to fit the damper. Over the last few weeks out of desperation I have asked several times for just a photo to be sent (so I can work out how to fit it) - still nothing. Simon will not answer my calls or text messages. I cannot use the trailer on my own without the damper - in desperation I have attempted to fit the damper as best I can (it is wrong) I am now in the process of seeing where I stand legally to get a full refund as the trailer is not fit for purpose and unusable. Starting off with Trading Standards on Monday. Terrible after sales - once they have your money they don't care!!

I recently took delivery of a new Eco-Shuttle, Simon was extremely facilitating during the ordering process & helped me tailor the order to suit its intended purpose to carry a Brisca F2 Stockcar. The final handover process during covid was faultless & the completed product was as expected from previous reviews, finished off to the highest quality. Id highly recommended Simon & his team to anybody who requires a Race Shuttle.
