Awful. Avoid! Phone attendant was unable to tell us where our late order is during two phone calls. Good eventually turned up luke warm. Rice was bland mush, chicken was cheap and rubbery and chips tasted barely cooked. Restaurant refused to accept food was late and would not entertain any kind of refund. Foodhub who processed the order were also useless and palmed all responsibility off on the takeaway.

Worst Chinese food I have ever had. Save your money and get a supermarket microwave meal instead. Expensive aswell.

I don't normally leave reviews but I am totally astonished by the attitude of the owner and service we have received. We made an order which we then called to collect. As part of the order we ordered 2 set meals which include 4 chicken balls and 4 spring rolls each. These were missing from the order when we got home. We thought it was an honest mistake and called them, expecting an apology and to be told to come and collect the missing items. Instead the lady taking the order spoke to the chef (owner I believe) who said the order was complete and there was nothing they could do, no apology, no offer of a partial refund, no offer to make the food, nothing. I was absolutely gobsmacked. Never before have I had such a poor experience. Stay away, the customer service is the poorest I have ever come across.

The owner is appalling and does not value his customers or treat his staff with respect. Our order was incorrect so we rang up and spoke to the young lady on front of house, who was very accommodating and listened to our complaint. She relayed the problem to the owner, who is the chef, during the conversation with the lady he inferred I was a liar as he had cooked the missing items, rather than accept they potentially went in the wrong order bag and making a fresh one. He continued to argue with the lady then agreed to cook me my order again, however despite stating I would be happy with rice and part of the missing item, he cooked me the part of my order that I had already received and hadn't asked to be replaced. The owner refused to give a refund or voucher in lieu of the missing part of my order, instead offering 10% discount. Such disappointing customer service for an establishment that cooks amazing food. Thank you to the young lady on front of house who was rushed off her feet, answering the phone, taking telephone and online orders to the kitchen, giving orders to the delivery driver, and from what I overheard dealing with other customer complaints, you have the patience of a saint and deserve to be treated with more respect by your employer. Sadly Ho Ho Chinese you have lost one of your regular customers. If you had apologised and organised a replacement for the missing food without being so rude, we would have overlooked this as a one off error.
