        I use Guisborough Post Office regularly. The staff are always pleasant and helpful. As in a previous review...parcel prices are not dictated by measurements alone but also on weight which is automatically determined on scales not by staff.

        Amazing customer service. I bought a present for my wife which she wasn't completely satisfied with. I took it back, with the receipt and in the original packaging of course, and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. Came away with a better present, picked out with the help of the staff. P. S. They stock a good range of Yankee Candles and associated accessories.

        Posted a parcel at Guisborough Post Office today the cost should have been 3.20 and I was charged 5.30. I measured this after it was packed so knew the dimensions were a small parcel. Lady who served me did not even measure it but assumed it was a medium parcel. Didn't realise their error until I got home and checked the receipt, so out of pocket by 2.10
