Was initially happy when they fitted my new boiler, despite them leaving a lot of mess and taking a small chunk out of one of the walls; I wasnt worried about that and was just grateful that they sorted it so quickly. Fast forward to now and theyve really let me down, when I had a bust valve and no running water all weekend. This was a small job that can be fixed in ten minutes. They said theyd come out but never did. Full of excuses. Hard to get hold of, at times. Didnt get back to me, when they said they would. I gave up and called Boiler Fix, in the end, who were brilliant. They fitted me in at a convenient time and got it fixed the same day, with no stress or hassle. Proactive Plumbing were also supposed to fix the flue and make it safe but they didnt, despite telling me they had done it. They lied to my face and I found out later on when I had someone else come out to service the boiler a year later. Their lie has put my warranty at risk and caused extra cost to fix it. Avoid these cowboys.

Came to sort a water problem on 8th June 2021, after we couldn't get hot water in the shower or the bathroom taps all upstairs, paid 140 but he only adapted a temporary piece in the boiler. He contacted us on 14th June to see if it was OK, but he hadn't solved the problem so he said he'd try to source a diverter from an old boiler in a boiler swap. 8th Sept 2021 & 4th Feb 2022 he still hadn't sourced a piece. On 22nd April he said he could call in and try to price up a unit for the boiler but never called and not answered messages since We currently have to put the heating on to get a shower which is inconvenient in this warmer weather and also unnecessary use of the fuel whilst trying to cut costs Trading Standards here we come !!!!!!!
