        Said they were coming to collect a dining table we are donating for them to sell. They never turned up yesterday, even though they confirmed they would on phone same day. I had to make arrangements to be here at the hours they specified. I am now going to have to chase them again today. I don't believe it's how a charity or business should be run, if you make arrangements - keep them or call people to let them know.

        Told me can pick my things before Thursday 4pm as they shut Christmas...so I turned up Wednesday they got sign said train new staff back tomorrow which Thursday so I come Thursday it still shut?!! Just say u shut it is alright no need too much drama

        A very looked after and presented shop. Staff are friendly and always willing to help where can. There is a great selection in both second hand and new goods. Made to feel welcome everytime go into the store. Good to see they help the environment too as stops furniture going into landfill sites.
