My partner ordered a light on the strength of free next day delivery by courier. Received email telling us light had shipped on the Monday so contacted bikelights uk via their website, the only way to contact them to confirm light would be delivered on Tuesday. Nothing not a word ,no light no reply, does not fill us with confidence looks like another firm working from home or mailing address. An answer should be priority in good customer service.
