We wanted to replace our existing electric fire with a traditional-looking gas stove. We approached Pawletts as they are local to us and have good reviews on both Facebook and Google. From the planning stage, Jennie understood our requirements, offered advice and guidance, and obtained chamber and hearth samples for us to take home and try out to ensure we knew exactly what we wanted. Jennie was also understanding and patient as it took us a bit of time to nail down exactly what we wanted. During the installation stage the installers were very mindful of minimising mess and laid down dust sheets and hoovered after most messy activities which included creating a new opening in our existing chimney breast. Additionally, the installers kept us up-to-date on progress and once finished, gave us a demo of how to operate the new gas stove and provided us with the necessary Gas Service/Maintenance Checklist. We are delighted with our new gas stove as its the main feature in our front room and would highly recommend Pawletts to anyone thinking of getting a new fireplace.
