Really excellent. Fresh, tasty, hot food using quality ingredients. I rarely get a Chinese takeaway for fear of disappointment but this really was excellent. Great customer service and friendly staff. Highly recommend.

Always excellent.... Lovely family serving amazing food. when ever we order we are always treated to free prawn crackers and often some lovely spring rolls aswell. I can honestly say that tasty cook is the only Chinese takeaway we will ever use along as it stays under the current owners. Also ignore any negative reviews and judge for yourself. By far the best around. Thank you all for your hard work and beautiful food.

Used to be best in town but sadly last few meals not been good. Last nights was dreadful. Pork ribs smelt strange and were extremely tough, very under cooked totally inedible! The mixed starters were swimming in oil and soggy. Main dish of ginger and spring onion was nice, sadly hardly any ginger like it used to have. Fried Rice was cold and dry with no flavour, boiled rice ok. Free mini spring rolls were a joke. Used to get 6 mini ones now you get 3 tiny mini ones and are very over cooked. No point adverting them as a free product. Prawn crackers were stale and taste of old oil also again lots of oil sitting in them. Most of it went in the bin, such a waste. No point telephoning them as her English on the phone is dreadful and she can hardly understand. Theres a lovely lady thats local and is more than helpful with orders but only on at weekends. So dissatisfied this was the best in town. We wont be using again.
