        If you enjoy been double booked and turned away after taking time off work for appointments or to sit for an hour because your dr turns up late its an ideal place

        I have never been more disappointed with Garth Surgery as I have this past year. I appreciate we have all had a difficult time but i have yet to receive a call back from a doctor from Oct 2020. I cant understand why a telephone consultation in a weeks time is acceptable and as a key worker 'after 12' isnt always convenient. All I need to know is why face to face appts. are no longer available. If myself and the dr are wearing marks etc then what is the problem? Covid-19 can't be the excuse anymore especially if ppe is worn.
