        I can't possibly speak too highly of this excellent firm of estate agents. They have been incredibly helpful to me on more than one occasion, when I was looking for a property to rent. What has impressed me more than anything is the desire they have to provide first-class service, coupled with the fact that they always treat you with the greatest of respect. I'm sorry to say that I messed them around quite a bit, due to some temporary problems I was experiencing. Nevertheless, they invariably dealt with me in a kind, efficient and positive manner. I think they deserve an enormous amount of credit for that. Highly recommended!

        Not had the greatest experience with Martin and co in all honesty. Moved into a property that we were aware of Some issues and theres a lot more than explained. The property was supposed to be cleaned, which didnt happen and the carpets were supposed to be cleaned again didnt happen, so we moved into a property thats more than most to rent, that wasnt even cleaned! Constantly having to chase for updates on things to be fixed. Still nothing has been actioned its all half hearted with no apology. If want to be constantly ignored and have issues coming out of your ears without them being resolved, then this is the right estate agency for you!
