        It can be difficult to get through on the phone but the staff are incredibly kind and compassionate and treat you with respect especially Dr Fussey, Dr Thomas, and Nurse Davidson

        Reception staff patient, friendly and helpful. There was a queue to book appt at 8am but this moved quickly and was not a problem.

        Disgusting. Rude arrogant safe. Lies and no thought for others. As I am sat waiting to complaining there is a chap clearly in distress been asked to wait. Dr Parker is trying hard but no one else listens. Its a lottery

        When you ring you are in a queue for half an hour and get to position one and they hang up. On you Already happened twice. I'm appauld. Shocking surgery. And terrible management. Shame because the nurses are great.
