I find the store messy, unstructured & higgledy-piggledy. It could be so much better in terms of layout & aesthetics. My big gripe with this store however, is the service.
I find the owners extremely disinterested in the very people that keep their business up & running -its customers! That's why I avoid the store unless I absolutely have no other option. I just find them incredibly unfriendly & distracted. I'd rather drive elsewhere unfortunately. The village store in Naseby is a complete contrast in customer service.
