After my back went I had physio. I was able to get an appointment really quickly. Jo was able to pin point what my issue was and she gave me lots of streteches and exercises to do. It wasn't long before I was running again and am now stronger and have no back pain.

Just completed Dr Jo Gee's 6 week Mindfulness Course. Jo was fantastic at clearly articulating and explaining what Mindfulness is all about, using exercises in a really fun, but informal and engaging way. After each session every week I felt so calm and slept like a baby and now have been left with some amazing techniques and tools that I will continue to practice to help develop my Mindfulness and in turn being a more relaxed and in control mother to my children! Thank you Jo. Highly recommend

Just completed the 6 weeks mindfulness course with Jo Gee. Such a great course for anyone looking to work towards a place of calm or stepping back from the chaos that is everyday life. I'm looking forward to continuing to use the training in every day life, from staying cool in the car (as opposed to regular frustration with other drivers) to bringing more focus to my working day.
