        Excellent professional service. Absolutely delighted with my windows - they look stunning. Double glazed draught proofed replica wooden sash windows. Gorgeous finish and furniture. They literally glide up and down. Carl the installer was superb - reliable, efficient, super helpful and has done an incredible job. Would highly recommend the company. Service: Window installation

        There are mixed reviews, but I'm happy to give 5 stars. The owner of the company is a straight talker and he does listen to customers. Slight change in their normal payment terms to make us more comfortable wasn't a problem. They have refurbished all windows of a large Victorian property and they look like new. When there was a problem during the work the owner addressed it straight away. When I called them last week (during Covid-19 and whilst they were closed) the owner answered the phone and today (3 days after commencing work they have sorted out a service on the windows under the warranty. Thank you Paul and all that work with you.
