        I managed to scratch my glasses, (which I adore) and remembered being told when I bought them that MJ offered a repair service. I sent them off, back they came a few days later. They looked like new and at a modest cost to me. Faultless customer service. Bravo.

        Great sunglasses, and amazing customer service. I'd scratched my lenses and happened to be passing by the repair centre in Guildford so popped in. I thought I'd leave the sunglasses with them. But much to my delight, they had me back on the road with new lenses in twenty minutes! On a very bright and hot day as well. Well done Maui Jim.

        I broke the arm of my Maui Jim sunglasses at the weekend so rang their head office to enquire about a repair. As I live close by I was invited to bring them in. The glasses were repaired, lenses polished and they were returned to me in a brand new case. When I asked how much, the reply was Nothing Sir - Have a great day. Now THATS customer service! Cant recommend them highly enough.
