        Helen is very patient with the patients and the owners!! and everyone treats your pet like their own.All so friendly and kind . As I have a very sensitive stressy dog I was allowed to take her straight in and stay with her till she fell asleep after her pre op jab. It's independent not part of a chain so think it makes a difference .

        Being a first time cat owner I had no idea what to look for when choosing a vets, but we were recommended Hunters Lodge and they have been great. The staff and vets are very friendly and are always happy to help no matter how small the problem.

        My brother and me have suffered and this has been written by him: NO STARS I am a 70 year old disabled pensioner. Me and my sister got excepted as new customers. We were over the moon with happiness. They promised to give our dogs, LiLLy & Foxy, their vaccine boosters which the last vet's had neglected to do. Then a good few days later we got seriously let down. They told us that they were not taking on any new customers. I lost my temper and gave them a mouthful. They reported me to the police. Now I have to appear in court because these nasty individual(s) want to punish me.
