I recently had an excellent experience with this veterinary practice that provided exceptional service for my 9-week-old puppy. My pup was due for her second vaccine, but I had trouble finding a vet in my area who offered the same vaccine she received previously. Thankfully, this vet practice allowed me to travel from over an hour away to vaccinate my pup, which I really appreciate. It saved me the hassle of having to restart her vaccinations and delay her development by eight weeks. The vet was also incredibly thoughtful and sent over their findings and notes from the appointment via email, which I could share with my local vets. I am truly grateful, thank you so much!

All our animals have been registered at this practice for the past 11 years. All staff, clinical and admin, have been excellent and we have always been able to get appointments quickly. The vets are all very professional and skilled at what they do. On the recent sad passing on one of our gerbils at the practice, we received a sympathy card through the post from the staff which was a lovely extra detail even for such a small animal. Can't fault them.

Haven't used the vets yet but clare( the receptionist)is very rude abrupt and put the phone down on me very unprofessional considering the vets were contacting me because they had to cancel my cats operation ,I appreciate that they contacted the cats protection for me but there is no need for people to be rude regardless !
