        Walked in seeking advice & was offered an appointment within the hour or several other appointments thereafter. We were delayed seeing the vet only because there had been an emergency, this was explained to us almost immediately. When we were seen the vet & the nurse/vet were extremely helpful & explanatory. I came away with some medication which has helped my dog within 2 days
