Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Guildford

Terrible experience!! They called me early in the morning to confirm my address and my details and asked me to have my driving licence and bank card in hand for when the car arrives!! Then 45 minutes after the time they agreed to deliver the car i called in to ask when are they coming the said they had booked me for a walk in appointment instead! Ruined my whole schedule.. Funny that their advertisements say that they provide convenience..

There were a few systems issues, but the staff dealt with everything amazingly. Martin looked after us and the entire team helped make sure our experience was a positive one. Will be renting here again in future

I needed a car as mine was in for repairs.. had a very good bmw but also both people I dealt with ( Martin May and maddie Kelsey) did a great job . They were both friendly and professional.

Fabio and the team at Guildford Enterprise are absolutely wonderful. The go above and beyond every time we request a vehicle. Vehicle's are always delivered clean and full of fuel.

So this has been an absolutely amazing experience. We have rented cars with them for the last 10 months while waiting for our car. Everyone has been so nice and kind and helpful and understanding and really appreciated how much theyve helped us. Ive been going through a really bad time medically and weve needed a car sometimes at the last minute notice always been able to have a car from us. Theyve always managed to give us the type of car we want and theyve been so kind and helpful.
