Vapestore Guildford

Literally love this place. Id been looking for a battery door for months, even emailed the manufacturer with no luck. David had a look to see what he could find and just like that my battery was covered again!! Ive driven from farnborough to come in and I will continue! Sorry sweet cloud... Update: 6/4/23 Ive reduced the stars on my above review as I keep having to deal with that miserable guy you have working for you. Its not the shorter guy but I cant describe him without being offensive. Hes not only miserable and abrasive but when hes serving he outright gives bad advice! Ill be avoiding the shop whenever hes behind the counter from now on!

Great experience in the Guildford Store, I usually shop between Redhill and Guildford and always get great customer service from both.

Wow! Nick and Callum are great. I gave been shopping in Guildford for more than a year now and the customer service is always top class. Oh Oscar the store mascot is super cute! Keep up the good work guys! :)

I recently visited the Guildford store for some advice about some vapes I had purchased elsewhere. Callum and Nick were most helpful and knowledgeable, I walked away feeling like I found a place that understood my needs and made me feel comfort asking daft questions. Subsequently I went back and bought myself a new vape and liquids with their assistance. They didnt try to oversell me anything just gave great service..I am now sold on them as my future provider. Thank you so much Callum & Nick.awesome guys!!
