-Adding to my initial review based on your reply : So you saw me but didnt acknowledge me - thats even worse!! What you said about me walking off just as you were coming out is a total lie. You were carrying on with your conversation. YOU SHOULD ACKNOWLEDGE PEOPLE STOOD AT YOUR DOOR. FULL STOP! Would have been happy to wait if you made a gesture to say you know Im there. This has nothing to do with patience. And everything to do with manners.(What the hell is wrong with this place? I went there for the first time to enquire and had to stand outside the door (which said dont knock). For 10 mins they didnt even acknowledge me, let alone open the door for me.. there were staff members chatting and ignoring me. Id say at least give the poor customer stood outside in the cold a hand gesture or a nod to say we will be with you soon. I just left the place completely disgusted! Ignorant people and ignorant place - DO NOT risk dealing with them!!
