I have used Zone 3 products for years and they are by far the best wetsuits I have owned. My recent experience with the customer service team has been absolutely fantastic. Highly recommended for any triathlon equipment.

Saw the suit I wanted. Went to buy online and then saw an advert for 10% off if I subscribed to the newsletter. Did that and waited for the code. Whilst waiting was continually sent e mails reminding me to complete purchase and use attached 10% code. Did that and none of the codes worked. wrote to customer service three times and finally got a reply and a code. Went to use the code and suit had mysteriously doubled in price. Wrote to customer services twice and still no reply. I cant comment on the quality of their products but seemingly they are very good. Their customer service however is non existent so beware of something goes wrong with your purchase. Zone 3 if you're reading this. I'm still here. Still waiting. Still hopeful.... EDIT Zone 3 contacted me and have offered the suit at the original sale price which I think is very fair of them. They may be slow in responding but these days it takes two hours to get an ambulance.
